Important Pre-appointment Details
Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction for our clients. It is important for our clients to provide as much information as possible and openly express their desired goals. This input forms the foundation of our investigation, allowing us to tailor our approach to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
As part of our commitment to providing personalized services, we ask new clients to complete a detailed Client Intake Form. This helps us understand each situation comprehensively and ensures that we take the safest and most effective course of action on behalf of each client.
Terms and Conditions of Service
At Miller Investigations, LLC, we believe in fostering transparency and mutual understanding with our clients from the very beginning. As clients decide to move forward with us, we ensure clear communication, set expectations, and promptly proceed with the agreed-upon services to build a positive relationship. This initiates with clients completing a Retainer and Service Agreement with Miller Investigations, LLC, to outline the terms, scope of service and financial arrangements. The industry standard non-refundable retainer is required before we begin any services. The amount of the retainer depends on the specific services needed.
This collaborative approach ensures that expectations are not only set but also achievable, ultimately leading to the complete satisfaction of our valued clients. While we thoroughly enjoy helping and working with our clients, we also understand that sometimes life is unpredictable and circumstances do change. This is why our clients are not obligated to a contractual length of service and are free to cancel services at any time.
Communication
As with nearly everything in life, CLEAR COMMUNICATION IS KEY. We provide updates to our clients as soon as we discover it and make sense of it. LIKEWISE, we need our clients to make known to us any newly-obtained information as soon as possible. This ensures safety and efficiency.
Payments
At Miller Investigations, LLC, we strive to make the payment process as convenient and secure as possible for our clients. We accept all deposits and payments through the secure online portal for Stripe, as well as via Zelle and PayPal. Please note that all deposits must be made and cleared before any investigative activity can commence. This ensures a smooth and efficient start to our services.
At the conclusion of the investigation or completion of service, any remaining balance on a client’s account may be eligible for a refund. While refunding the balance is not a strict policy, it is our goal at Miller Investigations, LLC, to operate with efficiency and fairness for our valued clients.
Client Meetings
Ensuring your safety, trust, and confidentiality are our top priorities. Therefore, our investigators do not conduct client meetings at our office, your home, or your workplace. For corporate or legal matters, we are happy to arrange meetings at your business office or another mutually convenient location. Before any in-person meeting occur, we will coordinate a location and setting that works best for our clients.
